Hello, My name is Delilah. I live in Uganda. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Communication.
I am a fluent English speaker and precise writer. I have been teaching English for over 5 years now. I teach different ages and levels (3years -75years). I also speak Luganda and Ateso, both local languages from Uganda.
I'm friendly and approachable. I enjoy meeting and talking with different people and learning about different cultures.
I would like to use this opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with you.

My background in English dates as far back as when I was a little girl. I spoke and continuously learned English as a primary language. At University, I pursued Journalism and Communication where I mastered the art of reading, writing and speaking English. Shortly after school, I joined the broadcast industry in Uganda (radio) and later started writing articles in magazines, pullouts and handbooks (Government, Civil Society, Mining, Construction, Investment) in Eastern and Southern Africa. In 2019, I delved into teaching children (3-17 years) and adults how to read, write and speak English. I also support them to publish articles in children’s magazines, as well as write their own books.
My lessons are mostly interactive.
