I have had MANY classes with Lavi in both beginning Sundanese and more advanced Indonesian. She is the best language teacher I have ever had for two reasons: 1. She is very good at speaking at just the right level. It's never so easy that I feel like I'm not learning, but never too difficult that I feel totally lost. 2. She takes lots of notes during the class that I can review later. Very convenient for studying on my own in between classes!

Lavi is the best teacher! She is understanding, patient, has great learning materials, and goes the extra mile for her students. I always look forward to lessons with her and am always learning new things that help me speak more naturally.
