フレンドリーで熱心な教師✏　Friendly and enthusiastic teacher Hello, my name is Yurika. I'm from Okinawa, japan. My hobby is playing the Sanshin, which is a traditional Okinawan musical instrument. If you're interested in Okinawan culture, I can tell you about it. I also enjoy studying languages and am currently learning some Spanish and Korean. In the future, I want to study more languages and travel to various countries. On my days off, I often go to cafes or watch movies on Netflix. Lately, I've been really into Anime and Korean dramas. I particularly like "Spy x Family" and "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba." Thank you for reading. I am excited to talk with you all! I studied Teaching Training Course as my major and Japanese Language Teaching Training Course as my minor. I taught English in high school for two years. I have also volunteered to teach Japanese at Japanese conversation circles and Ottawa Japanese language school as an assistant teacher when I was in Canada. I am good at communicating, very flexible and a fun person to speak with. I would like to provide lessons that meet your needs and your goals. 10/10. highly recommend Yurika Sensei as a teacher if you're still deciding on find a Japanese language teacher. She is very patient and overall very joyful so each lesson feels fresh, brand new, and exciting without feeling too heavy.

Such a fun lesson! I am getting back into learning Japanese after 15 years 😦, and ゆりか先生 is so warm and welcoming! I was a bit nervous at first, especially because I’ve forgotten so many things, but it’s such a fun and comfortable experience! I’m excited for our next one!
