Hi, my name is Ellie! I now live in London, after travelling on and off for 4 years, and I am exploring my passions which include acting, art, wellness and all things nature related. I have been blessed with so many amazing experiences from camping in the Kyrgyz mountains, surrounded by wolves, to trekking for 10 days through the Himalayas. But, something I am most proud of is my time volunteering in a creative school, mentoring the youth of a small village in Kyrgyzstan. Helping them develop business ideas, express their thoughts and feelings through acting and movement exercises as well as improving their English speaking skills.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I started my teaching in March 2021, in Kyrgyzstan, where I taught English at an Advanced Business and English School. The experience was so fun and rewarding that it inspired me to continue teaching and become a certified English and Business English teacher, with a 300 hour TEFL course. My biggest motivation is seeing my student’s confidence grow as opportunities arise as they learn English. I have now had a year of experience teaching on italki as well as other platforms.บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
Due to my creative nature, I like to make my lessons fun with creative games and activities, for example role-play and the use of authentic materials. My lessons are very much student centred, I usually make a syllabus depending on my students needs and goals. We can either focus our sessions on developing your conversation skills , which throughout my experience I have learnt is a very popular approach. I believe its popularity is due to the students being able to feel relaxed enough to use their knowledge and most importantly practice their speaking skill!สื่อการสอนของฉัน

Ellie has made learning English much more enjoyable.
From the very first lesson, it was clear this wasn’t just about grammar and vocabulary — it’s about connection, support, and truly enjoying the process.
Ellie is wonderful. From the start, she made me feel relaxed and supported. She really cares about how I’m doing, and if I don’t understand something, she explains it clearly — and repeats if needed.
Lessons are never boring. She uses interactive boards where I choose answers or do tasks — this helps me stay focused and active. Everything is at a level that suits me.
The atmosphere is always friendly and light — we laugh a lot. Although my English is still quite basic, I never feel stressed. She makes it easy to just try and enjoy the process.
Today we talked about emotions — happy, sad, excited, and so on — and I learned some new words that I’ll definitely remember.
If you want a teacher who is kind, fun, and truly knows how to help you learn — I sincerely recommend Ellie. 😊
