Nozomi Sensei is patient and explains well.

First trial lesson with Nozomi sensei. She gives examples, asks questions and explains well.

I’ve been really enjoying these one-on-one lessons. The teacher is super patient and always makes sure I fully understand the material before moving on. She uses the textbook along with her own slides and explanations to make everything clearer and easier to follow. It never feels like we’re just going through pages—she connects the content to real-life situations and conversation practice, which helps a lot. The lessons are really well-structured. We usually review homework first, which is helpful because she takes the time to explain mistakes and reinforce tricky points. Then we move on to new material, but it’s never rushed. She’s great at pacing things based on how I’m doing that day, and always makes space for review if needed. Even though it’s a one-on-one class, the vibe is relaxed and engaging. There’s a strong focus on speaking, and she gives lots of chances to actually use what I’ve learned in conversation. Overall, I really like taking her lessons—she’s a great teacher!

This is my second lesson after my trial lesson and I know that I have a long ways to go. First, I want to start off by saying how much I appreiciate Nozomi-Sensei being patient with me. She makes sure I understand what we go over a few times before moving on. I am excited to learn more ^-^

Nozomi-san is great at adjusting her speaking to my level and keeping it interesting and engaging.

Effortlessly weaves conversation into topic/ lesson of the day. Wonderfully experienced teacher.
