Hello, my name is Axel and i'm a German teacher on Italki, i'm 25 years old and i'm a drums teacher. I love to make music, i love history and politics, and football. I grew up bilingual, with French and German, and i absolutely love to languages. I'd be very glad to share this with you, and learn some German together.

To me it is very important to adapt myself to the student, and to taylor the lesson to their needs. Personally i love input based learning, and learning words and new grammatical structures in context, using stories dialogues, and keeping things fresh and interesting.
Pour moi, c'est très important de m'adapter à l'élève et de personnaliser le cours en fonction de ses besoins. In the first lesson we learn to know each others and then see whatwould be the method most suited to your learning style. I will give you material to listen to and to read and exercises, always depending on your needs and your own preferences.

I can already tell that Alex is such a great teacher! He's very patient, helpful and attentive. He eases your fear of speaking German and encourages you to practice more and more. I highly recommend Alex if you want to improve your German!

Axel is a great teacher, very engaging, good at correcting mistakes and teaching better ways to say things that may not sound too German. Also a very interesting person and very accommodating. Highly recommended!
