🇮🇹 My name’s Matilda - you can call me Mati :) I’m an Italian native speaker. I’m from Pisa and I live, study and work in Siena. I'm new to Italki but I have experience in real-life teaching.
I graduated (Bachelor’s degree) in Italian Language and culture, and I am graduating in Didactic of Italian as a second language (Master’s degree)
🗺️ I am open minded, creative and curious. I enjoy cultural exchange, I learn a lot from my students’ experiences. Teaching is my biggest passion! I also love travelling and studying other languages myself, and I enjoy literature, art, music and food.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน

❤️ I love an informal environment and I want my lessons to be as enjoyable as possible for you. Staying motivated is key in the process of leaning a second language, and I’ll do my best to make you reach your goals.
📚 I believe in a communicative approach, we’ll be using a variety of customized videos, songs and texts to expand your vocabulary and reinforce grammar structures.
If you feel like it, I can give you some homework and I'll be more than happy to revise it together.

Matilda is very supportive and teaches with a lot of passion. She is thoroughly prepared for each class and has a really infectious energy that makes the classes fun. I can recommend her for both casual and serious learners of Italian. :)

Mathilda is very engaging and supportive. We went through an Italian textbook about traveling. That way we could study grammar and vocabulary but also practice real conversation.
