My name is Kasandra and I live in Kentucky in the United States. I am an avid language learner myself - using italki to improve my French and Spanish. As a result, I understand the difficulties of learning a new language and know the importance of practicing with a native speaker. Conversational practice is important in developing language skills. We can have free flowing conversations to develop your extemporaneous speaking skills. Alternatively, we can use guided discussions with either videos/article presented in class or provided before class to allow for preparation.
With all of the options, the goal is to speak about new topics to help expand vocabulary.

There was a great lesson with Kasandra. It was more of a chat with a friend than some boring exercises. I'm really happy with the experience and totally recommend the teacher. And for those looking for an American English speaker, this is definitely your choice, she is very cool sounding.
