Another great lesson with Mwalimu Angela, where we covered useful phrases for shopping at the market. Through these phrases and dialogue, we are also learning Swahili grammar.

Angela is a fantastic and knowledgeable teacher who is quick thinking and adjusting to the needs of the student. She was able to teach in a way that was adapted to how I learn and then able to add additional interesting subject matter.

Second lesson with Mwalimu Angela, we covered noun classes and she did a great job explaining them and giving examples.

Very much enjoyed the first lesson with Mwalimu Angela. She's very encouraging and also very good at explaining topics, as well as pronunciation.

She is very patient, encouraging, and student focused! I have really appreciated how individualized my lessons have been and how she has conducted classes at my pace of learning.
