Warm greetings from Lesotho. My name is Mpho, and I am a 29-year-old English tutor with a 120-hour TEFL certificate. I've honed teaching strategies that help learners at every stage- from complete beginners to advanced speakers. I focus on correct grammar usage and sentence structure, ensuring that my students can communicate accurately and clearly. I also offer pronunciation practice, helping students speak more clearly and be better understood. Each lesson is tailored to meet individual goals, whether for work, travel, or everyday communication. I belive in creating a supportive and patient learning environment, where my students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My approach is adaptable to each student's needs, age, and proficiency level.

Teacher Mothobimpho is very enthusiastic. She supports me a lot with my pronunciation and vocabulary. Even though the class time has ended, she is always ready to spend extra time helping me finish the lesson.

I booked lessons because I wanted to improve my English speaking (based on the test, I am at level B2+). During the trial lesson, I told the tutor that I am at this level and need to be fluent in English. I am disappointed because the topics of the last three lessons were for beginners (travel, giving directions in the city and giving directions in buildings). In the last lesson, she played a video for children. I spent the whole lesson repeating phrases about how to get from one place to another. I am sure that this will not help me to be more confident when talking to foreign scientists. Moreover, the tutor has no plan. She only looks for materials when the lesson starts. And I am waiting. I have wasted money and time. I will not be able to handle any more lessons with her.
