Hello and welcome to my profile. My name is Brenda. I am a very open, friendly and easy going person. I always like to keep myself active, can be board games, swimming, watching movies, reading books, listening to music, eating or even sleeping. Uh-oh! I forgot to mention I love chatting and conversing, so if you are looking for not only a learning atmosphere but also different and fun conversations, then you are in the right place. Swahili is my national language, which together with English I’ve been studying since grade one, as it is the norm in our Kenyan school curriculum. I am a kikuyu, raised speaking Gikuyu as my mother language.We are not all the same, so I am ready to listen and deliver my best in accordance to my student’s need. I personally make an individual preparation for each student based on their needs and level.
Building on the student’s confidence is key in my class so i engage in conversations and letting the student do most of the talking without unnecessary interruptions.
I offer vocabulary, conversational, pronunciation, and grammar classes.

The teacher is very kind. She is very patient and explains all the vocabularies that I hear for the first time, but at times she can push too much, and she remembers what I said few lessons before.
