Hi! I'm Lina, and I am from northern Afghanistan, now living in Pakistan. My native language is Persian or Dari, but I also speak Pashto, English and some German. I've reached my final year of studying for a degree in engineering, and in my spare time I like to read all kinds of books, and to take photos of the natural world.
Recently I have been teaching Persian/Dari online to English native speakers. I am an experienced teacher, with over eight years' experience teaching English as a foreign language to both adults and children, including four years' full time.
I always plan my lessons carefully, and will use a variety of teaching materials and methods as appropriate to your needs. I am a very empathetic person, so I'll adapt to your learning pace.
My classes will be very dynamic, fun and conversational to make sure you have a good time while you learn this language. Depending on your goals and interests, we can include cultural topics such traditions, food, music and popular media.

Lina is a great dari teacher. She is very cheerful and patient. At each lesson, we study a topic or a grammar point at my level. We practice both speaking and reading in dari, and we make a lot of sentences, which helps me remember the vocabulary and the grammar. I always eagerly wait for the next lesson ! :)
