I am German by birth and raised in Belgium. I worked mainly in the travel industry (British Airways and Air France). During my studies (English, French & German) I started to teach and while living in England I became a qualified TESL teacher, which I enjoyed very much. I love animals and people fascinate me. I am also a qualified life coach and hypnotherapist and lived in Germany, Belgium, England, Spain, Portugal and now live the Netherlands. Apart from the languages I will be teaching I speak English and thanks to Italki some Spanish, Portuguese, Pashto, Hebrew and Italian... they could do with a refresher.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
My teaching style is very open minded and flexible. During the intro I find out what the students require and how committed they are to their goals. I adapt my style to theirs: with some students I will be more laid back and with the more ambitious and focused ones (my favorites) I will more actively plan ahead. Both will get links to their hobbies/profession/studies. i am known to be "living with my students" and rejoice at their success e.g. passing the language to get the visa to reside in the UK. บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
I love to research my students' hobbies and interests to create lesson plans around these. It goes without saying that people love to talk about their hobbies and including them even in classes about grammar helps. The goal is to get the student to participate and I use open questions to get answers. I have no patience with myself but tons with my students. One feedback I get regularly is that I make the students feel at ease, never rush them and let them express themselves freely. I make a point not to over correct my students. Out of 5 mistakes in their sentence I will correct one or two of the more serious ones and I praise them parsimoniously but genuinely.สื่อการสอนของฉัน
