2013: To teach children from 6 to 19 years of age in Germany you have to complete a second part of your training where you already work at a school. After 2 years there is a so-called second state examination.
In my 10 years teaching on italki (+10k lessons) I have prepared dozens of students for every kind of German exam (Goethe, TELC, TestDaf etc.). I´m highly-experienced without having an official certificate

Thanks to Andy and his help and great teaching I just completed the German A1 exam. The relaxed but thoughtful teaching approach works so well for me and even though I always make so many mistakes Andy has to be the most patient teacher in the world. Looking forward to continuing onto A2 now :).
