Dr. Chandra Sekhar is an excellent Telugu teacher with an encyclopedia knowledge of the language, owable to his impressive educational background including being a Gold medalist at this PhD and being named Best in the Year at the whole state level in his Telugu work. He employs an approachable attitude that, combined with his extensive expertise, make for a quite enjoyable learning session.
