Learn Khmer tailored to your preferences! Suo-Sdei! Hello! my name is Nita. I'm from Cambodia and I am a Khmer native speaker.​ I like to meet new people, exchange culture and sharing the knowledge that I have such as Khmer language. I have been teaching Khmer to foreigners for awhile now and I really love it. I also like to ask questions whenever I don't understand and I would encourage my students to do the same. Unfortunately, I am currently on leave for awhile due to some health condition. I hope to see you when I am back. With students, I wouldn't want my students to consider me as a teacher but a friend whom we can share our cultures, customs, food, and daily life in our countries. Thus, students not only learn the language but also the Khmer culture. For the lessons, I'd like to tailor lessons that suit students' need, interest, and motivation. As for my teaching style, I can help students not only know how to speak Khmer but also how to write if students want. As a language learner myself, I believe everyone's main goals of leaning a language is to be able to speak the language confidently like a native speaker. So, in class, I would find any ways or any materials that can encourage students to produce their own sentences and finally to meet their goals which is to be able to speak confidently.
