Hello! I’m Kristiana, from Riga, Latvia. Living abroad for the past few years has made me appreciate the beauty of different cultures and languages even more. I’m naturally calm and easygoing, yet I’m always curious and excited to learn new things. I have a genuine love for languages, art, tattooing, food, music, and travel. As a teacher, I believe in creating a relaxed and supportive environment where every student feels comfortable to explore and learn at their own pace. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to fit each person’s unique needs—whether that means focusing on conversation, grammar, or cultural context. My goal is to make learning enjoyable and practical, helping students not only understand the language but also connect with it in real life. My lessons are relaxed, friendly, and tailored just for you. We can focus on what you need most—whether that’s improving your speaking skills, mastering grammar, or exploring cultural topics. I’ll prepare homework if you’d like, and we’ll engage in lots of dialogues to practice real conversations. If you’re curious, we can work with visuals and texts to make learning more interesting. Kristiāna is a wonderful teacher. Extremely accommodating and helpful. She provided examples for how to use words in different contexts and gave key points of how to remember sentences and words for conversation. Would definitely recommend her for anyone learning Latvian!
