We are working through the workbook lessons, and Mattias is correcting my pronunciation, intonation as well as going over smaller grammar points.

This was an initial lesson to see if we are a good fit and if he can provide structured lessons.

Italian lessons with Mattia are always a pleasure; Mattia is able to combine language acquisition with beautiful personal conversations and insights into Italian culture. Pour les francophones parmi nous, Mattia sait très bien utiliser la connaissance du français d'un élève pour apprendre plus vite l'italien !

This was a frustrating lesson. I had great difficulty understanding what was being asked of me. The teacher did his best to explain in Italian and English, I could not grasp the exercise. I'm hoping the next excersize/ lesson will be clearer.

I like his lesson based format.
