Our introductory lesson was very pleasant. She asked my goals beforehand and then followed them to a t during our meeting. I really appreciated it and signed up for another class. :)

This was the first occasion that I had spoken French to anyone so it was pretty daunting. Axelle is a very pleasant person and clearly a good teacher. She outlined the lesson clearly and mixed her approach in French and English adjusting it when she could see I was struggling with French writing her questions and my responses in French as I read much more than I speak. Axelle gave me some good feedback on my level of French and outlined a plan for improvement. All in all a good first lesson. Mercy a Axelle.

Axelle is an extremely encouraging and knowledgeable instructor, who knows exactly where to intervene with exercises, grammatical explanations, and supplementary vocabulary. I was stunned by the fact that in today's lesson, the subjunctive exercise that she had prepared for me consisted entirely of sentences specific to my field of work (which is rather niche). I have never experienced lessons so tailor-made to my language goals. Do your French a favor and book a lesson with Axelle!
