This guy is amazing. We had some simulations that would resemble how I would be using the language. Also, he tested my vocabulary to see my blindspots. This guy is really solid. He's not one of those hebrew teachers that speaks to you only in English. He really tries to help you learn through interactive content which is the most enjoyable way to learn. Also, he is responsible, stand-up guy.

I feel incredibly lucky to have this teacher. He doesn’t just teach grammar — he inspires you to learn, to try, to speak, to make mistakes, and not be afraid of them. Thanks to his support and energy, Hebrew stopped feeling like a “scary language” and became an exciting journey. His lessons are always engaging, clear, and filled with humor. I'm having a fun time learning with Johnny! Each lesson is tailored based on my current level of knowledge and Johnny knows how to make it challenging enough so that my vocabulary expands. During class, time flies and I feel like I'm studying with a friend I've known for some time, due to his likeable and fun personality. Today’s lesson was simply fantastic! It was perfectly tailored to my needs – full of humor, movement, and practical use. My teacher isn’t just a Hebrew expert but also an opera singer, which means his acting skills turned the class into a mini comedy show. We reenacted a scene at a falafel stand – with realistic slapstick and all – always bli Amber, without Amber, because I don’t like it. 😄 Now I feel well-prepared to handle myself (and my food) next week during my trip to Israel with confidence. A super motivating, very funny, and truly useful lesson – exactly my kind of learning! תודה רבה!
