We have been taking lessons with Yuki-sensei for over 5 years. She is an amazing teacher, and extremely patient. She can help you with your Japanese if you are just starting, an advanced student, or anywhere in-between. She is always on time, prepared, and has never missed a lesson. If you are looking to level up your Japanese, I would highly recommend Yuki-sensei.

Yuki sensei is incredibly warm, relatable, and so easy to talk to about any topic. There’s never a dull class with her. She’s also always so well-prepared with teaching materials as well as conversation points. She’s never just flipping through a PDF/PPT. It’s always interactive and she uses other tools such as note cards and writing things on the whiteboard. Every class touches on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and listening. She’s great at explaining when you don’t understand something. She truly cares about your progress, not to mention you as a person. She’s great, can’t recommend her enough!

Yuki Sensei is great! I highly recommend her if you're struggling with Japanese reading. I only wish I would've started regular lessons with her sooner.

I've been learning Japanese with Yuki Sensei for the past seven months, and I couldn't be happier with my progress! Yuki Sensei's explanations are the best! I really enjoy when she is able to break down complex Japanese into simpler Japanese that I can understand. I'm noticing that when I try to summarize what I'm reading, I try to explain things in my own words, in Japanese, a bit more. I don't always do it, of course, but it's a start. I'm only even trying to do that because I feel comfortable with the teacher. It's JLPT time! Pass or fail, thank you for some genuinely good Japanese instruction, Yuki Sensei! I look forward to the next lesson.
