Shoko sensei is doing a great job! She is patient with me while I struggle to remember some notes and when much needed she gives subtle hints to let my own thought process to work. She had documents and material prepared for all lessons. While Japanese itself is an incredible hard language for the English speaking people, having a teacher as Shoko san helps tremendously, simply because she is setting herself to your pace and makes every lesson to feel rewarding with every minute you spend learning. Thank you Shoko sensei for all your work!

Shoko San prepared extra grammatical explanation material for me before the class. It's detailed, clear and helpful. And we did lots of oral practices to help me get familiar with today's target pattern which was helpful.

It is important for students to study and review between classes. Today i felt a difference in the speed I’m learning because I had not reviewed the material since the last class. Shoko san was very patient and we spent the lesson by actively practicing what was learnt. Can’t wait to finish Lesson 3!!
