Ayane always does a great job of explaining new Japanese words and concepts. She is able to present examples and breaks them down so that you understand them better. She is easy to talk to and is very patient.

Ayane was friendly, patient, and easy to talk with. She spoke clearly and using a comfortable pace that was neither too fast or too slow. When we ran into some connection issues with italki, she was able to switch to another platform to allow our session to be completed without any further issues.
