As a teacher, I focus on making each class tailored to your specific needs. If you're learning Spanish because your partner is a native speaker, we’ll work on real-life conversations so you can feel more confident communicating. If you're preparing for a trip, we’ll focus on the vocabulary and expressions you’ll actually use while traveling. I can also help you if you need Spanish for work, to make friends, or simply because you love learning languages. In my classes, I focus on tailoring each session to my students' needs and goals. I use a communicative approach, where practice and real use of the language are key to improving quickly.
My methods include interactive activities, dynamic conversations, and authentic resources like articles, videos, and podcasts in Spanish. Additionally, I make sure my students learn not just the language but also the culture, incorporating local expressions and everyday situations.

Está es la primera clase con Flora. Había problemas con la plataforma de italki y la conexión de internet. No obstante, Flora se mantuvo la paciencía y terminamos la lección con exito. Me gusta su estilo de enseñanza y su enfoque en conversar. Vamos a hacer otra lección la proxima semana usando Zoom en lugar de la plataforma de italki. Ojala nos funcione mejor.

I had my first class with Flora today. Speaking to her in Spanish was very pleasant. She speaks very clearly, which is important for students. I can see that she has great knowledge of the Spanish language, and she has a very patient demeanor.
