Hey fellow language learner! I'm Micah from Michigan, USA. I currently live in the sunny Philippines. I enjoy climbing mountains with my wife, training my dog, and trying new foods everywhere I go. I also really love martial arts, especially Japanese sumo wrestling (believe it or not)! I've been an English tutor for over 1 year and have conducted over 800 classes with people from all over the world. Learning about other countries and cultures really makes me want to travel the entire world... Maybe some day! In my spare time I do a lot of homework on the best ways to learn a language, and I incorporate all this advice into my classes, constantly improving them for your benefit! My class structure is very simple. We talk about useful vocabulary around a certain topic you are interested in, and I give you a chance to use that vocabulary in a judgement-free environment. Feel free to make pronunciation and grammar mistakes, because I'm here to guide you and give you advice. You'll leave every class with plenty of notes and new vocabulary, as well as more confidence in your ability to use and comprehend English!
