I finished level 1 with Lisa! It was so fun and amazing. I learned how to speak way better this way with Lisa than I did on my own. She varies the techniques (question/answer, cartoons, quizzes, helps correct your HWs, and talks to you about your day/life in Chinese too!). Keeps me engaged and happy! Speaking practice makes all the difference! I am starting on the next level now! Wish me luck!!

Very good teacher, exceptionally good at explaining grammar, and helping me use it in every day conversation, she breaks it down in a very simple way, so I’m able to take it in well, she gives it 110%!

I have taken 3 lessons so far with Lisa老师, and I have really enjoyed them! I studied Mandarin in college and am very rusty, but she is very encouraging and will stop to address any grammar or pronunciations I am struggling with. We cover material that is easy to understand and discuss topics that are relevant to my life. I would definitely recommend taking her lessons!

Lisa is a super kidn and attentive teacher who is able to pick up on your learning style and modify your lessons accordingly. She's really helped me improved my reading comprehension, and she also provides useful material outside the classroom to help augment your learning. Highly recommended :)
