First lesson was really excellent. Such a positive, supportive environment, and looks like we have a solid plan going foward. A mix of conversation and grammar alongside, with music and more.

She understands the challenges of learning something new, and she is patient and encouraging. She always takes time to answer questions and makes sure we understand.
