Hi everyone!
I’m a native English speaker from the U.S. with TEFL certification. I have a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in foreign languages and Chinese studies. I currently live in Germany. Because I have spent a long time learning Chinese and German, I understand how important it is to work with native speakers to reach fluency.

I’ve been teaching English online on italki since 2015 and before that I taught English in China. I believe that learning a foreign language opens up a whole new world of opportunities, and I would like to help you on this journey. I am a very patient and experienced teacher, and I’m happy to help you improve your English!
I believe in a flexible teaching approach tailored to your needs. I will choose the lesson materials based on your English level and goals, and during class I will break the material down and we can approach it one step at a time. If you’re interested in trying out a class with me, please don’t hesitate to book a trial lesson. During the trial, we will get to know each other and your English level, as well as your language goals. I will use these to create a unique lesson plan just for you.

She was perfect! She sent me a message even before starting a trial lesson to ask my preferred way of learning. Her way of teaching is so delicate, accurate, and very well responded. The way to proceed our classes is preparing for 1-2 articles before a class, reading them through, talking about the useful phrases and expressions and then practicing with those things. I am very satisfied with her and am going to keep studying with her.
