Hi there! I'm George (or Yórgos) originally from Cyprus but have been living in the UK for close to two decades now. Whether you are thinking of moving to Cyprus or Greece, visiting for a holiday, or you just want to reconnect with your linguistic roots, I'm here to help you achieve those goals! I'm very excited for us to start working together on your journey to learn and improve your Greek or your Cypriot.
During our first call I would love to hear why you are interested in learning Greek or Cypriot and we can discuss your needs and capabilities, and put together a tailored plan that works for you.

I like a friendly and casual approach, while also being mindful of each student's individuality, learning style and preferred methods. I personally tend to favour a more conversational style but rest assured I will work with you to meet your needs. This will vary greatly on your skill level and your needs. We can start from the absolute basics with visual accompaniments all the way to causal dialogue about everyday life or advanced conversations about any number of fields and topics.

Definitely felt like I was hitting a wall with understanding in this particular session, but as usual George was extremely patient, and took the time to explain and provide clarity, as many times as required, to ensure I had an understanding.
