Hello! I’m Sohyeon, a certified Korean Language teacher who will ensure your Korean skills reach the next level! I discovered that I have a strong passion for teaching Korean while I was teaching in a social welfare center previously. I have experience teaching Korean to people of all ages and from all around the world, and I love learning about different cultures. It is very fun to see how people from different cultures sometimes view things similarly, but in completely different ways. I’m really grateful that there are so many people interested in my country’s culture, and it makes me want to help everyone master Korean.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
Through years of teaching Korean, I have learned fun and interactive classes is one of the most important aspects of learning, since things are more easily remembered in a fun learning environment. I also believe that using words and phrases that students have learned recently helps significantly in integrating those words into their repertoire. I am very proud of my students, most of whom have shown a lot of progress in this area. One of the main goals in learning a language is to speak it, which is why I also put a lot of effort into encouraging sentence construction and speaking.บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
* Please make sure your skype works well before class.
* Please check your time zone and time slot.
* Currently I don't teach kids(under 15 years old).
Policy
1. If you want to reschedule the class, you must request it at least ***2 days(48 hours) before the class.
2. If you are absent or cancel the class, for Any Reason, if it is Not My Fault, you can not receive a refund. Please consider my time.
3. Every class is 50 min. Not 60 min.
4. You can't reschedule the same class more than twice.
5. If the class begins, if the student does not ask for an understanding from the teacher in advance and the student is more than 20 minutes late for the class, the class will be considered complete.สื่อการสอนของฉัน

I am so thankful for the motivation Teacher Sohyeon gives me in learning Korean. My lessons are the highlight of my week. I especially appreciate Teacher Sohyeon's ability to discuss and present topics that are of interest to me. She is genuinely curious about my interests and uses them to ignite fun discussions and stretch my Korean vocabulary and situational speaking. It’s been 40 lessons since my last review and… wow, what a journey! Since studying with Sohyeon, I’ve been making consistent progress in Korean learning. Her approach is what makes the difference: she never gives up, always put fresh new information in every lesson but still testing if old knowledge is there, giving a lot and also asking a lot - as a good teacher should always do! When I have Korean classes I always want to give my best cause I know that for all the effort I put, Sohyeon will put the double to make sure I grow and learn! Definitely a 10/10 for me!

I've been taking lessons from Teacher Sohyeoun for over 5 years and the lessons have been very enjoyable - During this time I have also achieved a TOPIK L5 in my first (and only) attempt at the TOPIK II without much specific exam practice, just short a few points from L6.
I highly recommend her lessons - if you put in the work you'll find that you can go very far. She's a teacher who will go as fast as you are capable of going.

I always get out what I put into my lessons with Sohyeon teacher, when I struggle with the homework she is very patient and helpful with reviewing answers which helps me get a better grasp on the topic at hand. When I spend more time on the homework and we can finish the reviewing quickly, that is even better as we can have more free speaking time which is invaluable to improving at Korean (making natural sentences, pronouncing things correctly and learning new vocab.) If you're passionate about learning and willing to be consistent, Sohyeon teacher is the best teacher you can have as she will always meet you at that level.
