🎧🎮 I'm a rock/metalhead and video game fanatic from Paris. (As Ozzy Osbourne once said, “Rock music isn't meant to be perfect” which is why I listen to it. 🖤)

🎓 Graduated with a Master's degree in MEEF (Teaching, Education, and Training).
🏫 In 2023, 1 year of teaching in French schools.
🔎 For beginners? I'm betting everything on acquiring rock-solid grammatical foundations.
🌎 A little more about me? I spent 8 months in Canada as a French as a Foreign Language (FLE) assistant.
🌲 Huge hiking fan here ! Love traveling while sleeping in tents and admiring natural landscapes.

I recently decided to get back into practicing French and I'm so glad I stumbled across Lucie's profile! She's so kind and very easy to talk to. She gave me the option to start in French or English depending on what I was comfortable with. I chose French but she was able to help me out when I forgot a word. After the introduction, she gave me a few options to choose from for our next lesson based on errors she noticed. I can't wait for my next lesson, I know I'm going to learn a lot from her! Highly recommend.

Lucie is an excellent French teacher — patient, insightful, and very detail-oriented. She helped me fix one of my main pronunciation mistakes (“que”) and explained it clearly. I also really liked how she shared the meaning and history behind common French phrases. Her lessons are engaging and easy to follow.

Lucie is a great teacher! She tailors lesson plans based on my interests and goals. The lessons are interactive and I receive helpful feedback to understand my progress. As a beginner, I find that my pronunciation has improved significantly from when I first started!
