I have been teaching English for over 3 years in total and I have a CertTESOL qualification. My approach as a teacher is to give my students the time and opportunity to speak about various topics and their interests. I believe whole heartedly that the best way to learn is to speak. You must speak without fear of making grammatical mistakes and speak about things you find interesting. By combining this mentality with my professional teaching experience, I believe that by allowing my students to confidently speak and ask questions, they are able to learn more effectively.
