Buongiorno a tutti! My name is Michele, I’m Italian but i’m currently living in Bucharest. I studied History in Bologna and Venice, and spent my Erasmus year in Madrid. Throughout my studies, I never let go of my greatest passion: languages. I speak Italian, English, Spanish, and Romanian, so I know exactly what it feels like to start from zero or to be surrounded by people speaking a language you don’t instinctively understand. From the very first lesson, I help my students handle real, practical, everyday situations in Italian.
I truly believe you can’t fully understand a place or a culture without speaking — and breathing — its language. And learning Italian becomes much more fun when you dive into my country’s history and traditions. Do you want to read Elena Ferrante in Italian? Want to watch Gomorra without subtitles?
