The lessons are very useful and enjoyable. After several months of using conversation to build up my general French knowledge, recently we have been focussing more specifically on passing the TEF exam. Each lesson I leave knowing exactly what I need to do in order to improve and make that a reality.

Je me prépare actuellement pour l’examen TEF Canada, et mes cours avec Lilly sont tout simplement excellents. Elle est patiente, bien organisée et explique tout de manière très claire. Sa méthode d’enseignement m’a beaucoup aidé à améliorer mes compétences en expression et en compréhension orales. Je me sens désormais beaucoup plus confiant, surtout pour la partie expression orale. Je recommande vivement cette professeure à toute personne qui souhaite progresser sérieusement en français, que ce soit pour un examen ou pour la communication quotidienne.

I enthusiastically recommend Lilly as a French teacher! My French has progressed significantly since we began working together over a year ago. Since then, I passed the DELF B2, then the DALF C1, and my overall oral and even reading skills have greatly improved. For the first time in my life, I am quite comfortable speaking with native French speakers or being in situations where French is the dominant language. Further, I am able to read novels in French purely for pleasure, which was something limited only to English. I cannot recommend Lilly enough. I believe she is the best French teacher I have ever had since I began learning French 20 years ago.

Since July, I have had the pleasure of studying French with Lilly. She is an excellent teacher who has helped me immensely in fine tuning and polishing my intermediate French proficiency. What would take me a 5-10 min YouTube video to understand a grammar rule, she can explain it clearly in just a few words. I have had many French teachers over the years, but I believe Lilly stands out for her nuanced ability to explain grammar and help me when I feel stuck. I truly believe that thanks to Lilly, I have made leaps in my proficiency in my everyday speech as well as in my preparation for the DELF B2, which she convinced me to finally take. I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this wonderful teacher!

Another really enjoyable lesson with Lilly, a great level of knowledge and very happy to adapt to my particular priorities (I'm looking to focus on pronunciation and phonetics). Would recommend!
