Hello, my name is Enrico and I am a native Italian speaker. I hold a degree in Law from Italy and a degree in International Relations from France. For the past fourteen years, I have been a certified English teacher in the French public education system, after passing a highly selective national competitive examination. I live on Marie-Galante, an island in the Guadeloupe archipelago, one of France’s Overseas Departments. I have strong pedagogical training and many years of classroom experience. I first started teaching Italian during my Erasmus exchange, then continued during my stay in Prague, and have carried on doing so ever since. As a teacher, I am structured, patient and attentive. My aim is to help you gain confidence, understand how Italian works, and use the language in a clear and natural way. In my lessons, grammar is important, but never rigid: it is a tool that gives you clarity and confidence. I also pay close attention to pronunciation and phonetics, because being understood is essential. Conversation plays a central role, and I include cultural elements such as literature, society and everyday life. I adapt to your goals and learning style, whether you want conversation, grammar or specific preparation.
