Vicenta

My daughter has been taking lessons with Vicenta for a couple months now and today she met a man who spoke Spanish and she was so excited she could understand him and hold a good conversation with him! Thank you Vicenta! You have been instrumental in helping us learn Spanish!!

Vicenta is a great teacher. She is interested in you progress and talks about issues that are important to you, while teaching at the same time. She uses a conversational style, which is the best way to learn. I will continue to learn with her each week.

I learn something new in every lesson and feel more confident in my speaking abilities after each class :)

Challenging, fun, a little bit frustrating (because of my 60 year old brain LOL), and very rewarding! Vicenta always surprises me with the amount of patience she shows when I struggle to overcome this Texas accent and learn proper pronunciation!

Vicenta is very patient and calm. She discusses interesting topics and asks many questions, allowing students to practice Spanish with corrections in real-time. I recommend her to someone who already speaks a little Spanish and is interested in Mayan culture and Guatemala in general. She is a very good teacher :-D
