I am a native English speaker, living in Portugal. In the United Kingdom I was a primary school teacher for eighteen years. I have also taught dance to teenagers and young adults and have delivered education-based training sessions to groups of adults. My degree is in the performance arts with dance being a passion. I am offering informal English language tutoring. This will include speaking and listening practice and improving writing and pronunciation.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I only teach adults.
On italki I have had the pleasure of working with many students to practise and improve their English. Some of these have just been relaxed chats and some have been a little more structured preparation for English exams. From time to time I have helped students to review and edit written work for university assignments, presentations etc. I have received a great deal of training in phonics and the teaching of reading and writing, and have a lot of experience teaching grammar. บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
My lessons are informal and led by my students. No two lessons are the same as we can talk about a huge range of topics - if we start talking about food I may never stop! I always endeavour to create a relaxed place where students can improve their confidence and make mistakes. It is a real privilege to see a learner improve and grow in confidence.5.0
