I'm Jonathan and I grew up in Newfoundland, Canada. I have lived and taught in Canada, Korea, and Japan.
I majored in English Language and Literature and I'm passionate about creative writing.
In 2018 I co-translated the short story "Forever Summer" by Jeong Yihyun and won First Prize in the GKL Korean Literature Translation Awards.

What would I do without you? Jonathan is the best teacher ever. At first, I thought it would be kind of easy because it was a basic level, but it was difficult to describe the pictures after looking at them. So I think I have to start from scratch. That's why I need his lessons more than anything. Because he teaches me useful ways and important things to use in real life. :)

I'm absolute beginner at english and speaking english is always annoyed for me. But during this class, I never feel pressure about speaking english. Because he makes me comportable and make me more participately. Today also, i had a good time in his class.
