Hi everyone! My name is Charlie. I am a qualified teacher from the UK, with a neutral English accent.
I have been teaching English for over 30 years: in England and abroad (mainly in France and the French Caribbean). I have traveled in many countries including China, Brazil and most European countries.
I speak fluent French and am currently learning Mandarin Chinese - so I well understand the difficulties of language learning! :)
What I really love about teaching English is learning about other cultures and helping people change their lives, through communicating in a new language.

Great, as always! For the last couple of years, I’ve been short on language practice, and having conversations with Charlie has been a godsend for my fading skills. If you’re looking for excellent pronunciation, the ability (and willingness) to discuss anything from philosophy to mortgages to birdwatching, and you value a good sense of humor, I highly recommend taking Charlie’s classes.
