Welcome to the world of language learning with Thomas Nguyen! As a German Vietnamese with deep roots in both cultures, I bring a unique perspective to mastering German and English. During the lesson, I mainly focus on speaking and listening. The biggest problem for students is to overcome the fear of speaking a foreign language. I will create a comfortable atmosphere by letting you choose the topic and I will encourage and motivate you in a genuine way so you feel easy to talk. Der beste Deutsch-Lehrer, den ich je hatte. Er hat mich nicht nur ermutigt, ohne Angst vor Fehlern zu sprechen, sondern mir auch die Leidenschaft für das Deutschlernen vermittelt. Professionell wie immer. Wir haben jede Woche neue Themen diskutiert, vom Unterschied zwischen Religion und Sekten, über Sportvereine und das Zeitempfinden bis hin zur Frage, wie KI die Welt erobern könnte. Außerdem kann ich meine Gedanken in Blogbeiträgen ausdrücken, die Thomas dann korrigiert. 10/10.

Best first lesson I think I've had. Thomas took note of what I'd like to accomplish, preferred learning style, if homework was wanted and then gave a suggestion for how our lesson time could be structured. I was able to speak a lot more than I'd expected and Thomas was very good with keeping our conversation going with lots of good questions which was a big help. He seems very experienced and comfortable with teaching so I'm looking forward to having another lesson soon.
