Hello! My name is Melanie and I am a native English speaker from the UK. I have travelled to various parts of the world and I am currently living in Indonesia
I enjoy learning new languages to be able to communicate with people all over the world. I have learnt Indonesian, British Sign Language and Indonesian Sign Language and I'm "dabbling" in Spanish. So I understand the challenges people face when learning a new language and I can help you to overcome those.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I have been teaching English online since 2017 and I really enjoy it. It's so rewarding when you see a student grow in their confidence and fluency and abilities in the language. I am TEFL certified.
As a language learner myself (Indonesian), I know and understand the difficulties people face when learning a new language.

My main focus in teaching is to help you improve in confidence and fluency through conversation. A lot of my students have benefited from discussing news articles or videos together and being able to practice expressing their opinions which can feel so difficult when learning a new language!
I have a HR professional background with recruitment experience. Many of my students are finding it useful to prepare for interviews with me and I can help offer some tips on how to nail your interview! (English idiom)
