Anna is a great teacher. She is patient and encouraging with my fumbling attempts a language production. She speaks (95% of the time in Italian) at a level that is easily comprehensible to me. She has an excellent sense of humor. Explains things well. This is our third lesson, and I feel I'm beginning to make some progress --- especially with comprehension (my primary goal), and I feel my speaking is improving gradually.

Superb host and teacher. If you are learning Italian and need extra one-on-one conversation she is worth every penny.

I'd booked a lesson with Anna based on the strength of her excellent podcast (Una Storia ItaliAnna), and I have to say, she was even more personable, knowledgable, motivating and all-around delightful than I expected. (And that's saying a lot!) Those of you who are combing through the reviews, trying to choose an instructor, I unequivocally recommend Anna. I can't say enough good things.
