Denis provided a really great, motivating first experience with Ukrainian. We began with introducing ourselves and Denis took into account my language learning background, interests, and motivation for learning Ukrainian. He introduced me to some of the alphabet and some basic sentences, along with interesting cultural points and some general rules of the language. We also discussed a future study plan for me. I enjoyed the lesson a great deal and recommend him highly as a teacher!

I have been taking weekly lessons with Dennis for 20 weeks. He is an excellent teacher. He provides a productive teaching experience that is challenging at the correct level, whilst giving explanations that are understandable. He sets homework tasks which help consolidate learning but do not overwhelm. Would gladly recommend him to others.
