I am Chinese language and culture Teacher Minjian. I come from China’s capital Beijing. I have achieved my Education Master Degree in Beijing Normal University. I love to teach , and I have true passion on helping students learn Chinese culture and language.

I have been a Chinese language and culture teacher for more than 8 years. I teach international students in Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University and Beijing Jiaotong University.
I also teach middle school international students and foreigners who live and work in Beijing.

Minjian was the most prepared and professional tutor I have meet with yet. His teaching style is an effective mix of a classic classroom lesson plan with the flexibility of a private tutor. His pronunciation was easy to understand and he remained strict on my speaking. Looking forward to meeting with him again.

I'm impressed with Minjian as a language teacher. He adapts his lessons to focus on the student's learning needs. He is also honest and constructive with feedback, and has a genuine desire to see the student improve. I have taken at least 30 hours of instruction from Professor Minjian and couldn’t be more pleased. He is an exceptional teacher given the following: (1) exemplary ability to use the most apropos examples/analogies to either define or better explain the language points at hand, (2) customization of lessons for my needs, (3) always punctual and pleasant, (4) an obvious interest in the student’s success, (5) regular availability. I look forward to continuing and believe all new students will be impressed.
