Mia is a wonderful teacher for my 8-year-old son. Her lessons are well-planned and engaging. In our latest session they read Hiccups from the Oxford Reading Tree, and Andrew learned useful new words and phrases like "get rid of," "upside down" and "patting," each taught with clear examples from the story. After every lesson Mia sends detailed feedback, so I always know what he has covered and how he is progressing. Andrew enjoys her classes and is growing more confident in his reading and speaking. Highly recommended!

My son had a great lesson with Mia today. He understands English, but he has trouble speaking and concentrating. Mia speaks very clearly and is easy to understand, even for a beginner. The lesson was very visual and kept him engaged throughout. He spoke English for the whole lesson. I would recommend Mia to any parent looking for a teacher for their child.

Mia must be one of the most booked teachers on italki. It's rare to find such a great teacher at a reasonable price. She’s friendly, approachable, and beautiful, and my daughter really likes her. Mia’s British accent is perfect for early English learning, and she’s great at encouraging kids step by step. She's also very patient and thoughtful in her responses. It’s a special coincidence that she lives in the same city in the UK where I studied years ago. I truly enjoy having her as a teacher!
