こんにちは！ I am a native Japanese speaker with experience as a tour guide. I am also deeply familiar with Japanese subcultures and have watched over 1,500 anime titles, as well as read numerous manga. Let me tell you the story about why I wanted to be an italki teacher.
After graduating from university, I went to study abroad in Canada. At that time, I mainly hung out with my Otaku friends in Canada. We had different languages, but the same passion for the same hobbies.
Then I realized that “Learning language makes my life much more fun.” Anime and my Otaku friends motivated me to improve my English skills a lot!
So now, I’d like to do the same by teaching Japanese for those who have the same passion as me! บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
This lesson is recommended for otaku, or big fans of Japanese subcultures, such as anime, comics (manga), or video games. To me, the biggest motivation to study language is what you like, so let’s learn Nihongo while we share our enthusiasm!!

Yuuki Sensei is awesome! The lesson was conversation guided which is exactly what I need to make my Japanese far more practical. There is a perfect blend between known vocabulary and knew vocabulary. Yuuki Sensei asked my interests and hobbies so that we can use them as a means to use practical Japanese and have real-life conversations. I felt very comfortable using what little Japanese I knew right from the start and Yuuki Sensei never made me feel self-conscious about my skill level and guided me in the correct directions when I needed it. I immediately booked more lessons! I look forward to working with Yuuki Sensei!

He is so nice! My Japanese is very poor. I scheduled a session not knowing what to expect. He was very patient and met me right at my current level of comprehension. I was very nervous, but now I feel very motivated to study!
