I grew up in London, England, though originally I come from Siberia, Russia.
As for my original professional background, I'm a one of the top graduates from a prestigious Business university from London as well as a qualified accountant, having worked in the City of London in a major bank in finance. Recently, I've retrained as a data analyst & transitioned into data.
But I have always been passionate about languages - whilst bilingual in Russian and English, I speak good levels of French and Spanish; I studied Italian too and am taking baby steps in German.
Also into dancing, astrology, walks in nature, art + addicted to films/series.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I've been teaching for many years and helped my students of all ages and levels improve their English and achieve their objectives by boosting both their level and confidence
I've prepared my students for professional exams, work interviews, helped them take advantage of career opportunities and simply to enjoy this language.
I strive to ensure my students receive only excellency. But I'm a firm believer that learning is a partnership, so you need to be willing to put in the work.
I'm a passionate and a supportive teacher, you won't feel (eventually) afraid in my lessons - I also try to "infect" you with energy and motivation to keep going.บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
I aim for excellence in that I want my students to progress and reach their objectives but equally I'm patient and supportive and adapt my teaching style to student's needs, objectives and learning style.
My style is flexible depending on my students needs and learning style but I do believe in using a good structure as a base foundation to ensure progress. Independent self-study with my support is a must for proper progress. Moreover, I 'm aware of what it's like to struggle with learning a foreign language & English hasn't always been my first language and I continue learning and practising other languages too,

Lessons with Maria are very clear and structured, but still adaptable for my personal needs. We often break off from the general plan to focus on my current gaps in grammar and conversation. And we don't waste time during our lessons for grammar exercises, as you can do it at home, and practice grammar throughout the conversation.
Also Maria is very quick to respond, never late and almost never cancels the lessons.
