The lesson was great! Meinard is very nice, full of positive energy, and easy to talk to. He paid close attention throughout the lesson and was fully focused the entire time. He explains things clearly and corrects mistakes kindly, which makes learning comfortable. I really recommend him!

I really enjoy my lessons with Meinard, we don't have a set structure but this works best for me as he is teaching me more casual/conversational Tagalog rather than formal. We tend to go down a "theme" for each class (ie. likes/dislikes, common phrases, etc.) . He also explains the formal version but we focus more on what comes "natural" as the use of Tagalog will more likely be with family/friends. Menaird is very patient and encouraging and will answer my questions with ease. Highly recommend!
