Tarntawan

Kru provided a lot of useful tips and suggestions and it comes to mastering Thai language! She tailored the materials to fit to my needs so I can apply it in daily life or even at work. Definitely a productive class as always! New vocabularies and daily conversation tips gained in every class with Kru.

Having almost completed my fifth year with Kru, I still find every lesson to be productive and engaging. We have been focusing on reading out loud to emphasize tones and vowel pronunciation. Every class, Kru comes prepared with fun and engaging materials, sometimes they’re pretty challenging and others they’re more casual and fun. The mixture I really appreciate as it’s more representative of real life.

We reviewed Thai consonants and vowels in this lesson. I have been practicing reading a lot outside of my lessons and using other materials. I was so excited to see my progress today.

Kruu has always emphasised on listening, writing, reading and speaking. It is really quite amazing she can incorporate all these elements in one lesson. Today's lesson was particularly fun. She reviewed my homework, learned two interesting idioms which are commonly used by Kon Thai, some very practical phrases and watched a funny video. I like the way Kruu always assesses me, allowing me to complete a task I am able to but at the same time pushes me to go beyond. I must say, due to my work schedule this year, my progress has been slow. However, Kruu has been very patient, and because of this, I am still making some progress. Some progress ยังดีกว่า no progress. :-)

I just finished my first lesson with Kru Tarntawan, and she is absolutely exceptional! Without a doubt, one of the most skilled and professional teachers I’ve ever met. She’s patient, friendly, fun, and communicates incredibly well. I especially appreciated her clear, in-depth explanations. They made a huge difference. I learned so much in just one session and feel confident that Kru Tarntawan can guide me to the next level. I’m truly grateful to have found her. I’d recommend her without hesitation: 10 out of 10!

This was my tenth full lesson with Kru. We practiced tones very heavily because I have been having difficulty with them. Today felt like a breakthrough and I feel like I can confidently practice tones on my work for homework this week.
