I live in the north-east of France (near Reims), and I started teaching French in China from 2013 to 2017.
My hobbies include learning languages and easy bits of history and science, but I'm interested in pretty much everything - especially if you say it in French!ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I've been a teacher of French as a foreign language since 2013, and taught more than 6000 hours using French, English and Chinese.
I've had all kinds of students, of all ages and levels, from dozens of countries.
Why I enjoy doing this:
- Let's be honest, I love working from home, and I intend to keep it that way
- I've become quite confident after years of improving my method and content (although it never really ends)
- I get to see your progress, and also to hear your stories!

There is no prerequisite, as I'm fully able (and like) to teach complete beginners, and have my own sets of lessons, exercises and resources ready (and regularly enhanced).
Still, our classes will be customized to what fits you best. I've been teaching all kinds of courses (preparation exam or interview, projects abroad, intensive speaking practice, writing correction...), topics (everyday life, working environment, relationships, social issues, science, French culture, history...) and language issues (grammar, pronunciation, word formation, registers...). It is remarkable how much Thibaut has helped me improve my French speaking and listening skills. When I first started sessions with Thibaut I could not understand most spoken French and could not talk about anything beyond that of a little child. Now I am able to talk about complex subjects such as the difference in cuisine between the US and Europe. While I still have much to learn, my French has noticeably improved because of coaching from Thibaut.
